12 Steps of Charm and Etiquette1. I admitted that I am less than charming and need improvement. Where charm and etiquette enters into the picture, I need help. 2. I will know though self improvement, with nutrition, diet, exercise and self help that I will be fit, feel better, have self esteem, and a feeling of being well balanced. 4. I will have more friends for I have been taught how to be a friend and to be at ease with myself because of my newfound knowledge. 5. All good things will come to me in time. (Things I must earn). I will work my charm and etiquette program as well as I possibly can. 6. I will have new respect, understanding and thoughtfulness. I am ready to begin a new life of believing in myself. 7. I will wear my clothing with gracefulness. I will float and glide while walking. My stance will flatter my figure. 8. My hair will frame my face in a natural way. I will know how to groom, style and take care my hair. 9. My cosmetics will be light and natural. I will know all the colors and tones that make me be as attractive as possible. 10. I will feel at ease anywhere, at any time, for I know the right thing to do. (I could dine with the president and feel very self-assured. 11. I will enter a room and feel great if someone is looking at me. I know I am looking the best I know how from the new found knowledge I have gained. I will relax and enjoy myself. 12. I have sought a program that can help me overcome my shyness, loneliness, and sabotaging of self. I will feel whole and ready to face the world. My reward is believing in myself. |
